What does my registration provide?

In-person registration

• Access as an audience member to all in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions  

• Ability to present in any type of session  

• Access to all recorded sessions for 180 days after the Annual Meeting. 

Virtual registration 

• Access as an audience member to all in-person streaming sessions, hybrid sessions, and virtual sessions 

• Ability to present in virtual sessions 

• Access to all recorded sessions for 180 days after the Annual Meeting

Session Modalities at AM2022 

In-Person Sessions  

Not Streamed or Recorded  

Held in New York City with in-person presenters in a meeting room 

• Presenters must have an in-person registration  

• In-Person registrants can attend as audience members and interact in-person with presenters and other audience members 

• Session is not streamed or recorded  

Streamed and/or Recorded (select sessions only) 

Held in New York City with in-person presenters in a meeting room   

• Presenters must have an in-person registration 

• Session has opted in to being streamed and/or recorded 

• Virtual and In-person Registrants can attend as audience members and interact in-person or virtually through chat with presenters and other audience members 

Virtual Sessions

Held virtually with virtual presenters in a Zoom meeting room  

• Will be streamed via zoom with closed captioning enabled 

•  can opt-in to being recorded 

• Presenters can have an in-person or virtual registration 

• Virtual and In-person Registrants can attend as audience members and interact virtually through chat with presenters and other audience members 

Hybrid Sessions (added in October 2021)

Held in New York City with a mix of in-person and virtual presenters, taking place simultaneously in both a physical meeting room and a zoom room  

• Will be streamed, can opt-in to being recorded  

• Presenters must have an in-person paper/panel registration 

• Virtual and In-person Registrants can attend as audience members and interact in-person or virtually through chat with presenters and other audience members
