Description:
"Dr. Ack Rides Again": Meet Clark Akatiff.
The History of Radical and/or Critical Geography has of late become a topic of discussion and research. In this session we celebrate the pioneering work of Clark Akatiff, aka Dr. Ack, in acidizing geography. We do this by gathering together friends and allies, and presenting the living link to many of the events that pushed Geography in a radical direction. What is envisioned is a 90 minute session which opens with a 10-15 minute meet and greet, and proceeds to a presentation by the man himself. Discussion during the presentation will be encouraged.
