Description:
These sessions highlight ongoing work related to community geography. Topics will include institutional arrangements that support community-engaged research (e.g., sources of funding, provision of space, guidelines for promotion and recognition), methods and models for developing research partnerships, technologies that facilitate community participation and outreach, strategies for translating research to social action, or pedagogical techniques that support meaningful learning for students and community members.
