Abstract
This research includes conclusion of the previous incomplete research due to data unavailability. The previous research tries to evaluate the levels of equity in public transportation services provided by The Metro by Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) in Kansas City, Missouri. This was originally planned by evaluating the level of demand by the transport-disadvantaged and coverage for them by current fixed-route system. In evaluation of the level of the demand, there existed some census data that was unavailable. Thus, this research will further explore issues regarding the data and will complete the remainder of the research. Also, this research was planning to see what other operations are available to support the transport-disadvantaged. This will be main focus of this research and will more thoroughly discuss if such processes and operations are supplementary to the current fixed-route system or should replace it instead.
